Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. Similar to The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. She began reviewing in late 2009 and after gaining some recognition through the forums (under her old handle Obscurus Lupa) she became a member of the Channel Awesome family. Her site remained up until the early days of 2015, when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed its name to Movie Nights. Presently, she hosts two podcasts: one that covers the Charmed series and the second one co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The videos are available here and here. Can also be found on her Twitter as well as her Tumblr account. You can't have enough Allison? Ninja the Mission Force features Allison in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also starred her. Guest-starring in Midnight Screenings is a regular occasion. The show reviews horrible movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. The show also has a few times adult-oriented comedy. She began reviewing films late in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was asked into the Reviewer community. She has made numerous appearances in Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She was a former member of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and often appeared on episode of the Nostalgia Critic.
