Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and all between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my brother and parents when I turned one and half. Without my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my journey. With the opportunity to have a better life, I wanted to do my best to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. I believed that my life would go a certain way: graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start a family. My idea of success was to go to college after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry, buy a house and start a family. Life had other ideas. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. The year 2013 was when I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also loved socializing and being able to assist others. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I found private training. My business was founded in 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary in this calendar year. In this field there is a lack of Asian women. Within the field of coaching, I want to be a positive influence through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and more content. My goal is for me to help others chase their desires and achieve the life they've always wished for. While my career was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. The loss of my mother is hardest of all. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. The lessons of life often go unnoticed however they are extremely valuable. The unexpected death that shaped me for good. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to live my life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right to go on into her new chapter, and for me to have the chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. What I'm experiencing now in my 30s is a sense of awe and vitality. It's as if that I'm living my life, instead of just being. When I share my experience I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for those of yours. My hope is to aid you in understanding that you're not alone. You have the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets because death is the sole thing that is promised to us in our life.
