Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes from Seinfeld season four. She was a chef named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. Then in the 90s, Barone appeared as a regular on Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone had also played her husband, Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' first ever appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends in pursuit of a new role that required additional time. She was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season between 1995 and 1996 as well as The War at Home, from 2005-2007. Then, in 2000 Barone also co-starred in the show Daddio. Barone is also famous for her TV roles on Desperate homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was the recipient of the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in the The feature film One Last Ride. Barone was cast as the mother to Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in 2010 - - three years after The War at Home concluded the film's run. Her husband, actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who is the ex-husband of the character played by Barone.
